SpongeBob SquarePants Storyboard SpongeBob's Balloon Pops "FOOMP", COA

This is a production used cartoon storyboard from the animated series SpongeBob SquarePants. These were used in production by the animation staff to produce the episode "Fools in April" from April 1, 2000.

This page from "Fools in April" shows SpongeBob's balloon expanding to full size with a "FOOMP!" sound effect before popping with a "POP!" as Squidward looks on, wrapping up the drink-machine hose gag from the previous scenes. Scene 11 panel E leads into scene 12 panels A and B as the deflated balloon collapses over the rows of cups.

The storyboard ships in a clear sheet protector, packed inside a rigid cardboard envelope with additional cardboard reinforcement.
