About this piece
This is a production used cartoon storyboard from the animated series SpongeBob SquarePants. These were used in production by the animation staff to produce the episode "Fools in April" from April 1, 2000.

This page from "Fools in April" shows SpongeBob puffing his cheeks as he blows into a hose attached to a balloon, with notes calling for cheek lines, hose flutter, and balloon-stretching sound effects before it pops. Scene 11, panels B through D, continue the drink machine gag as the balloon inflates to full size.

The storyboard ships in a clear sheet protector, packed inside a rigid cardboard envelope with additional cardboard reinforcement. It is accompanied by a custom certificate of authenticity featuring a color photo of your specific piece, holographic and embossed anti-copy seals, a counterfeit-resistant background, and full production and item details — all housed in a rigid protective case.

Please note: while this is a genuine production used piece — distributed and utilized during the making of the cartoon — it is not the hand-drawn original artwork. Production copies of the original were made and issued to directors, editors, animators and others. This is one of those copies.
