This is a production used storyboard from the 1994 film The Flintstones, starring John Goodman as Fred Flintstone. We acquired this in a binder of production paper that came from a credited writer on the film.

From Scene 24, this storyboard page captures Fred dispensing parenting advice directly to camera alongside Wilma, with notes referencing his lines about letting a kid cry a little. The sequence transitions to a close-up of two young girls reacting with excitement.
