Dexter's Laboratory Storyboard Dexter Asks Dad "Tell Me", Production Cel COA

This is a production used cartoon storyboard from the animated series Dexter's Laboratory. These were used in production by the animation staff to produce the season 3 episode "Mind Over Chatter".
