This is a production used storyboard from the 1984 film Cloak and Dagger, starring Henry Thomas as Davey Osborne.

Production-used storyboard featuring 2 panels from Scene 125 depicting the River Walk tunnel sequence — the top panel captures a close shot of a rat being struck by Alvarez's bullets, while the bottom panel shows a tight close-up of Davey reacting in horror from his hiding spot in the darkness.
